You’ve given it your all. It’s time for someone to be there for you — with the same dedication, the same depth, and an understanding of what you’re really going through.

I support humanitarian workers who are grappling with the psychological consequences of their work, helping them to rediscover a clear sense of direction and build a life that is truly their own.
So you can carry on helping, without burning out.
What you’re going through – perhaps without realising it
Sleep that no longer restores you. Constant vigilance, even when you’re back home. The feeling that you’ve been just scraping by, in survival mode, for a long time. The never-ending dilemma: carry on, or admit that it’s wearing you out. The guilt of thinking about yourself. Sometimes, the disillusionment with an industry that no longer resembles what you thought it would be.
Don’t just go with the flow. Choose
This support is not intended to get you back to where you were before. It is designed to help you make a fully informed choice about what you wish to keep from this relationship and what you are prepared to let go of.
A dual background in clinical and practical experience
As a clinical psychologist and psychotraumatologist trained in EMDR, I have spent more than ten years working in humanitarian settings — Ukraine, Nigeria, the DRC, South Sudan and Myanmar. This dual experience, both clinical and in the field, shapes the support I offer. You don’t have to justify anything. I welcome you just as you are, with everything you’ve been through, without judgement.
EMDR, nervous system regulation and a body-centred approach
My approach is based on EMDR and a detailed understanding of how the nervous system works. I tailor these tools to your personal history and your own pace, to help you create a life that suits you.
One-to-one video consultations, in French and English.
