Specialised psychotherapy

Starting therapy means choosing to no longer face your burdens alone. Together, we work to restore balance, stability and confidence in a safe and respectful environment.

Above all, it means taking care of yourself, learning to understand yourself better and finding new ways to deal with whatever stands in the way of your well-being.

During the session, you will be welcomed into a non-judgmental space where your feelings, questions and timing are all welcome. Together, we will explore what you are going through in order to find greater clarity, peace and inner coherence. The work also incorporates the body, because trauma is not only lodged in thoughts or memories. It is also embedded in tensions, sensations, breathing, and the ability to feel safe in your own body.

Psychotherapy is seen here as a path to readjustment, a gradual encounter with what seeks to be recognised, integrated and transformed — in your mind, in your heart, and in your body.

Who’s this for?

My approach is aimed at people who are going through a period of imbalance, profound fatigue, emotional overload or loss of bearings, without always being able to put into words exactly what is wrong.

You may wish to seek help if you feel like you are operating on ‘autopilot’, getting by without really feeling present, or no longer finding the energy, clarity or peace of mind you need in your personal or professional life.

I provide support to:
People who have been exposed to violence, loss or traumatic events, whether they have been directly affected, witnessed them or are professionals, and who wish to regain a sense of inner security.
Professionals in the humanitarian, first responders, health, social or legal fields who are confronted with intensity, empathy fatigue or a loss of meaning, and who wish to refocus and regain a more balanced state of mind.
People living with anxiety, panic attacks, phobias or persistent worries, and who are seeking to calm their emotional system.
People experiencing grief or loss in difficult circumstances, who feel the need for support in coming to terms with their ordeal.
– More broadly, anyone seeking meaning, peace and inner alignment, wishing to live in a more conscious and balanced way.

For what?

The sessions allow us to address in depth the emotional, relational or existential difficulties that hinder your balance. Each support programme is unique, but frequently encountered themes include:

– Stress, anxiety, hypersensitivity, emotional or professional exhaustion
– Feelings of emptiness, loss of momentum, discouragement or loss of meaning
– Psychological or physical trauma, violence, abuse, complex grief
– Difficulties related to sexuality: blockages, pain, shame or intimate questions
– Need to get to know oneself better, strengthen self-confidence and regain inner coherence

Therapeutic work is part of a holistic approach that connects the body, emotions and psyche in order to gradually restore a sense of unity, security and inner stability.
